55bet Casino Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using 55bet Casino’s website and services. They set out the relationship between us, as the platform operator, and you, as a user. By registering for an account or using the platform, you agree to follow these terms and any additional rules shown for particular services or promotions. Please read them before using your account.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date, and for protecting your login information. Do not share your account or allow another person to use it. You may hold only one account unless we confirm otherwise. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

We may ask you to verify your identity, age, address or payment details. Please provide complete and accurate information and any documents we reasonably request. We may limit account access or hold a transaction while verification or withdrawal checks are in progress. You are responsible for reviewing your account activity and contacting us about any error or transaction you do not recognise.

Eligibility requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the platform where you are located. Do not register or use 55bet Casino if doing so would break a law that applies to you. We may refuse registration or restrict access if we cannot confirm that you meet these requirements.

Use the platform only for your own personal activity. Information provided during registration must be truthful and must relate to you. We may suspend or close an account if details are false, incomplete or cannot be verified.

Acceptable platform use

You must not use 55bet Casino for fraud, money laundering, collusion, unlawful activity or any attempt to interfere with the platform. You must not exploit errors, use automated tools without permission, manipulate offers or disrupt another user’s access. Any funds or activity connected to suspected misuse may be reviewed, and we may restrict or suspend the account while we investigate.

Use the account limits and responsible-use tools available to manage your activity. If you ask us to apply a restriction or account closure, we will handle the request under the options and procedures presented on the platform.

Bonuses and promotions

Promotions are subject to the terms displayed with each offer, including eligibility, qualifying activity, wagering requirements, expiry and any game or payment method restrictions. Those terms apply alongside these general conditions. We may decline or remove a promotion where an account is ineligible or where we reasonably believe an offer has been misused. Check the offer details before opting in or making a qualifying deposit.

Deposits and withdrawals

Use a payment method held in your own name. Payment options, minimums, limits, fees and processing times are shown during the transaction and may depend on the method selected. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity, account and payment checks. We may ask for further information before completing a withdrawal, and we may return funds using an appropriate payment method linked to your account.

Disputes and account reviews

If you have a concern about your account, a transaction or a decision affecting your access, contact our support team and provide the relevant details. We will review the information available and explain the outcome. If a matter remains unresolved, you may ask us to review it again through our support channels.

Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to the platform, services or applicable requirements. The current version will be available on the website. Where a change materially affects your use of 55bet Casino, we will provide notice through the platform or another appropriate channel. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the platform and contact us about your account.
